Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělená na dvě části. První z nich je teoretická část, ta se zabývá problematikou srdce, ischemickou chorobou srdeční, magnetickou rezonancí a zátěžovým vyšetřením srdce. Druhou částí je praktická část, kde je popsán průběh vyšetření, popsána metodika výzkumu a následný výzkum. This bachelor thesis is divided in two parts. The first of them is the theoretical part, which deals whit the heart issues, ischemic heart disease, magnetic resonance imaging and cardiac stress testing. The second part is the practical part, where the course of the examination is described, the research methodology and subsequent research are described.
