Diplomová práce se zabývá fenoménem job-hoppingu a jeho spojení s kariérovou adaptabilitou. Hlavním cílem je ověřit míru tendencí k job-hoppingu v České repub-lice, dále ověřit vztah vybraných faktorů, zda mají vliv na job-hopping a také ověřit, zda existuje vztah mezi job-hoppingem a kariérovou adaptabilitou. The diploma thesis is focused on the phenomenon of job-hopping and its relation to career adaptability. The main goal is to verify a measure tendency of job-hopping in the Czech Republic, then verify selected determinants for job-hopping and finally also verify the relation between job-hopping and career adaptability.
