Polycentric Legal Systems: Analysis of the Form and Content of Law Created and Enforced in Private
Abstract:
Polycentric legal systems are systems which consist of more than one provider of law and in which these providers are in state of competition. Legislative, executive and decision-making function of legal order are not monopolized by state authority and free market in providing of these services exists. Thesis deals with historical and theoretical analysis of such systems.
Abstract:
Polycentrické právne systémy sú systémy, v rámci ktorých si pri poskytovaní práva konkuruje viac subjektov. Tvorba, rozhodovanie a vynucovanie práva nie je monopolizované jedinou autoritou (štátom), existuje trhové prostredie v poskytovaní týchto služieb. Práca analyzuje tieto systémy z historického i teoretického hľadiska.
