The submitted bachelor thesis deals with the topic of clarity of legal and administrative texts. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses mainly on the characteristics of the basics of the specialized legal language and administrative. Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem srozumitelnosti právních a administrativních textů. V teoretické části této práce je věnována pozornost především charakteristice teoretických základů odborného právního jazyka a administrativního stylu.
