Abstract:
Předložená práce se zabývá studiem vlastností oxidů (La,Sr)CoO3 a YBCO deponovaných na substrátech LAO a LSAT. K určení těchto vlastností byly využity dvě rozdílné metody rentgenové strukturní analýzy. První z nich je reflexe rentgenového záření, pomocí níž jsme schopni určit především tloušťku tenké vrstvy, hustotu obou krystalů a drsnost jejich rozhraní. Abstract:
This thesis deals with the study of the structure of oxides (La,Sr)CoO3 and YBCO deposited on the substrates LAO and LSAT. Two different methods of x-ray structural analysis were used to determine these properties. One of these is x-ray reflectivity, which is used to determine the thickness of the thin film, the density of both crystals and the roughness of the interfaces.
