Basic principles of the taxation procedure
Abstract:
V mé práci jsem se věnoval základním zásadám daňového řízení, které jsou definovány v §2 zákona číslo 337/1992 Sb., o správě daní a poplatků v platném znění. Toto téma je aplikovatelné při všech úkonech spojených s daňovým řízením. Bez těchto zásad by bylo daňové řízení nemyslitelné.
Abstract:
In my work, I focused on the basic principles of tax declarations, which are defined in §2 law n. 337/1992 of the code, on the management of taxes and payments as amended. This subject is applicable to all actions related to the tax procedure. Without these principles, tax procedure would be unimaginable.
