Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá pedofilií, tzn. erotickou láskou k dětem. Dotýká se také sexuálního zneužívání dětí. Zabývá se lidmi s pedofilií, jejichž chování může být kriminální nebo nekriminální. Obsahuje vysvětlení pojmu pedofilie, rozdělení pedofile, diagnostiku sexuální deviace, terapii. Stručně se zabývá legislativou. This Graduation theses disserts on Paedophilia, it means erotic love to children and child sexual abuse. This elaboration is about people with peadophilia whoes behaviour may be crime or not crime.
