Establishment of the company limited by shares
Abstract:
This work is about the begining acts of law in companies limited by shares, on establishment acts. The target of it is to show chronological view of law acts and differences between establishment and aboutissment. The important part is the part that contains common informations about the companies limited by shares.
Abstract:
Práca je zameraná na začiatočné právne úkony pri podnikaní v právnej forme akciovej spoločnosti a to na založenie a vznik. Cieľom tejto práce je poskytnúť určitý chronologický prehľad o týchto právnych úkonoch a vysvetliť rozdiel medzi pojmami založenie a vznik akciovej spoločnosti. Dôležité postavenie má aj časť, ktorá obsahuje všeobecné informácie o akciovej spoločnosti.
