Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou syndromu vyhoření a jeho determinantů. V teoretické části je popsán syndrom vyhoření obecně, ohrožené profese, stres a workoholismus. V práci jsou charakterizovány sociální a psychologické příčiny způsobující vyhoření. Praktická část je zaměřena na zjištění míry vyhoření u pracovníků ve vedoucích pozicích. Thesis deals with the problems of burnout syndrome and its determinants. In theoretical part is described the burnout syndrom generally, edangered profession, stress and worka-holism. In the work are charakterized the social and psychological cause of the burnout. The practical part is focused on the incidence of the burnout by workers in leading positi-ons.
