Valuation for the Needs of Reality Market
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vztah mezi oceňováním a realitním trhem. V práci jsou shrnuty současné moderní metody oceňování na tržních principech a dále jsou zde informace týkající se aktuálního stavu na realitním trhu. Podstatnou část práce tvoří analýza korekčního činitele v případě, kdy při indikaci tržní hodnoty použijeme nabídkové ceny.
Abstract:
The thesis is focused on the relation between valuation and real estate market. Thesis summarizes modern methods of valuation on market principles, and next there are information about actual situation of the real estate market. The main part of the thesis is analysis of correction factor in the case when the offer price is used.
