Návrh strategie řízení rodinného podniku

The draft strategy management of the family business
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na rodinné podnikání, konkrétně na strategii vybraného rodinného podniku. V práci jsou popsány jednotlivé analýzy, které jsou následně aplikovány na vybranou firmu za účelem specifikace aktuálního stavu vybraného podniku. Na základě zjištěných skutečností jsou definovány slabé a silné stránky zkoumaného subjektu. V poslední části je pak navržena možná strategie.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis is focused on family business, particulary on stratégy of chosen family company. In thesis are described important analysis, which are used for our business in order to describe current state of this particular firm. Based on discovered facts are defined weak and strong points of researched subject. In last part is suggested optimal strategy for firm.
