Search for rotationally variable white dwarfs
Abstract:
The TESS satellite provides us with a large amount of data on distant space objects. In this bachelor thesis, we study these data to identify white dwarfs showing rotational variability. From the obtained light curves, we found 41 white dwarfs, which are showing signs of a possible rotational variability. Abstract:
Družice TESS nám poskytuje velké množství dat o vzdálených vesmírných objektech. V této bakalářské práci se věnujeme studiu těchto dat pro identifikaci bílých trpaslíků vykazujících rotační proměnnost. Ze získaných světelných křivek se podařilo objevit 41 bílých trpaslíků, kteří vykazují možnou rotační proměnnost.
