Employee motivation in the organization

Abstract:

Generace Z vstupuje na trh práce a mnohé organizace s ní doposud nemají dostatek zkušeností. Existuje málo informací o tom, co od této generace lze očekávat, jak s ní pracovat a jak ji efektivně motivovat v pracovním procesu. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá pracovní motivací a stimulací generace Z. Teoretická část této práce se věnuje teorii motivace, metodám pro motivaci a stimulaci zaměstnanců v organizaci, teorii generací a dále jednotlivě generacím X, Y a Z. Praktická část potom zjišťuje zdroje pracovní motivace generace Z, a to prostřednictvím kvantitativního výzkumu. V závěrečné části práce jsou sestavena doporučení a rady, které mohou pomoci manažerům a personalistům při práci se zaměstnanci příslušejícími k této generaci.

Abstract:

Generation Z is entering the labor market and many organizations do not yet have enough experience with it. There is little information about what can be expected from this generation, how to work with it and how to effectively motivate it in the work process. This diploma thesis deals with work motivation and stimulation of the Z generation. The theoretical part of this work deals with the theory of motivation, methods for motivation and stimulation of employees in the organization, the theory of generations and the X, Y and Z generations. The practical part identifies the sources of work motivation of the Z generation, through quantitative research. In the final part of the work, recommendations and advice are compiled that can help managers and HR professionals work with employees belonging to this generation.
