Dutina ústní je domovem obrovského množství mikroorganismů tvořících orální mikrobiotu. V posledních letech byl zaznamenán nárůst v počtu studií, které spojují orální mikrobiotu s nádory dutiny ústní. The oral cavity is a home to enormous number of microorganisms that together forms oral microbiota. In the last few years there have been an upswing in the number of papers, which connects oral microbiota with oral tumors.
