Examination of diference in application of skater technic of cross-country skiing
Abstract:
V první části diplomové práce se zabýváme historií, charakteristikou a biomechanikou bruslařských technik běhu na lyžích. Další část je zaměřena na posouzení techniky začátečníků s technikou profesionálů. Na základě stanovených chyb jsme navrhli sadu cvičení a tréninkových prostředků vedoucích k rychlému zdokonalení techniky a pohybových schopností.
Abstract:
In the first part of dissertation paper, we describe on history, characteristic and biomechanic of the skating technique of cross-country skiing. Then we are focused on the evaluation of the technic of beginners with the technic of professionals. Based on determined mistakes, we have suggested exercise series and practical means leading to the fast improvement of technique and moving skills.
