This bachelor's thesis focuses on the use of technological innovations in HoReCa operations located in the Czech Republic and the factors influencing the decisions of responsible managers (foreign experience, the impact of education on turnover, monitoring trends, evaluating the effectiveness of innovation) and on the occasion of 3D food printing.
