The current needs of primary school children in the field of leisure activities

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce s názvem "Aktuální potřeby dětí na 2. stupni základní školy v oblasti volnočasových aktivit" se zaměřuje na zkoumání současných potřeb žáků ve věku 12 až 15 let na ZŠ Záhuní ve Frenštátě pod Radhoštěm v oblasti volného času. Teoretická část se věnuje klíčovým aspektům volného času, jeho funkcím a vlivu na vývoj dětí, zvláště pak organizovaným a neorganizovaným aktivitám. S důrazem na digitální éru popisuje vliv digitálních technologií na volný čas starších žáků. V rámci výzkumné části je provedeno šetření, které zkoumá aktuální potřeby žáků základní školy, současně se zaměřuje na identifikaci možných rozdílů v preferencích mezi dětmi s ohledem na pohlaví a věk. Cílem práce je nejen přispět k lepšímu pochopení potřeb dětí v oblasti volnočasových aktivit, ale také poskytnout konkrétní pohled na specifika této skupiny žáků na ZŠ Záhuní ve Frenštátě pod Radhoštěm.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis entitled "The current needs of children at the 2nd level of primary school in the field of leisure activities" focuses on the investigation of the current needs of pupils aged 12 to 15 years at the Záhuní Primary school in Frenštát pod Radhoštěm in the field of leisure. The theoretical part is devoted to the key aspects of leisure time, its functions and influence on children's development, especially organised and unorganised activities. With an emphasis on the digital era, it describes the impact of digital technologies on the leisure time of older pupils. As part of the research part, a survey is conducted to explore the current needs of primary school pupils, while also identifying possible differences in preferences between children with regard to gender and age. The aim of the work is not only to contribute to a better understanding of the children's needs in the field of leisurea ctivities, but also to provide a concrete insight into the specifics of this group of pupils at Záhuní Primary School in Frenštát pod Radhoštěm.
