Diplomová práce se zabývá monitorací účinnosti a klinického efektu antikoagulace u kontinuálních eliminačních metod. Je zaměřena především na metodu ACT (aktivovaný koagulační čas) s využitím analyzátoru HEMOCHRON 401 firmy ICTMed. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Abstract:
This thesis is engaged in control of clinical effect of anticolagulation method. This thesis concentrates on the ACT method with use the analyzer HEMOCHRON 401 of the ICTMed Company. Paper has theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part function of kidney and elimination methods are explained.
