Abstract:
Tato práce se věnuje problematice sociální deviace a jejího vztahu k protiprávnímu jednání. Cílem této práce je vymezit hranice, kdy je deviantní jednání pouze něčím neobvyklým, ale stále společensky přijatelným, a kdy se deviace stává nebezpečnou činností, která ohrožuje společnost. Abstract:
This thesis investigates an inquiry of the Social Deviation and its relationship to the Unlegal dealing. The main goal of this paper lies in specifying the borders between the two worlds: in the first one, the deviant behaviour is unusual but socially acceptable, whereas in the other one it is a severe threat to the society or its part.
