Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce má za úkol objasnit životaschopnost a rentabilitu popisovaného podnikatelského záměru, jehož základem je vybudování rodinného podniku a tato práce by měla sloužit jako pomůcka k jeho realizaci. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy spojeny se založením podnikatelské činnosti a s jednotlivými body podnikatelského záměru. V analytické části je provedena podrobná analýza vnitřní struktury podniku, ale také analýza trhu, odvětví a konkurence. Za pomoci dotazníkového šetření je prozkoumáno také spotřebitelské chování, na jehož základě je určena cílová skupina zákazníků. Na základě provedených analýz jsou v rámci návrhové části vypracovány jednotlivé body podnikatelského záměru, v nichž jsou uvedeny návrhy pro budoucí realizaci podniku.

Abstract:

The task of this diploma thesis is to clarify the viability and profitability of the described business plan, the basis of which is the building of a family business, and this thesis would serve as an aid to its implementation. In the theoretical part, the basic terms associated with the establishment of a business activity and with the individual parts of the business plan are explained. In the analytical part, a detailed analysis of the internal structure of the company is carried out, as well as an analysis of the market, industry and competition. With the help of a questionnaire survey, consumer behavior is also investigated, on the basis of which the target group of customers is determined. On the basis of the analyzes carried out, individual points of the business plan are drawn up in the design part, in which proposals for the future implementation of the business are presented.
