Abstract:

Fasáda tvoří celkový vizuální dojem z objektu, je proto důležité jí při návrhu konstrukce a barevného řešení věnovat pozornost. Bakalářská práce se zabývá variantním návrhem barevného a konstrukčního řešení fasády novostavby domu služeb s ohledem na okolní výstavbu a jejím ekonomickým zhodnocením. Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí, teoreticko-metodická část poskytuje ucelený přehled o barevnosti fasád, definici a funkcích obvodového pláště, tepelně izolačních materiálech a materiálech pro povrchové úpravy fasád. V aplikační části je charakterizována řešená budova domu služeb, která vychází z práce ateliérové tvorby. Okolní zástavba je popsána pomocí komentovaných fotografií. Jsou navrženy 3 varianty barevnosti fasády domu služeb, pro které budou zpracovány podrobné skladby s tepelně technickým vyhodnocením v programu Teplo a ekonomickým zhodnocením. Na závěr je vybrána optimální varianta barevného řešení a konstrukce fasády.

Abstract:

The façade creates the overall visual impression of the building, so it is important to pay attention to it when designing the structure and color scheme. The bachelor's thesis deals with a variant design of the color and structural solution of the facade of a new service building with regard to the surrounding area and its economic evaluation. It consists of two parts, the theoretical - methodological part provides a comprehensive overview of the color of the facades, the definition and function of the perimeter cladding, thermal insulation materials and materials for surface treatment of facades. The application part describes the solved building of the service house, which is based on the work of the subject Atelier I.-III. The surrounding area is described using photos and comments. Three variants of the color of the facades of the service building are proposed, for which detailed compositions will be processed with a thermal technical evaluation in the Teplo program and an economic evaluation. In the end is selected the optimal variant of color solution and facade construction.
