Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o technice zvané omezená zevní stimulace. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na pojem omezení stimulace, chambre REST, syndrom vyhoření, její definicí, příznaky, vývojem, diagnostikou, léčbou a prevencí. This bachelor thesis deals with a technique called limited external stimulation. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part focuses on the notion of restriction of stimulation, chambre REST, burnout syndrome, its definition, symptoms, progression, diagnosis, therapy and prevention.
