The quality of the postural function and a level of selected motor abilities of the younger population in athletics

Abstract:

Diplomové práce se skládá z teoretické části a výzkumné části. Teoretická část předkládá shrnuté dosavadní poznatky od řady významných autorů zabývajících se oblastí sportovního tréninku a motorických schopností řadu let. Výzkumná část přináší výzkum a analýzu aktuální úrovně posturální funkce a vybraných motorických schopností u mladšího žactva v atletice. Testování rovnováhových schopností proběhlo v laboratorních podmínkách a byly použity standardizované testy statické a dynamické stabilometrie, testování svalových dysbalancí jsme pro účely naší práce převzali od Jandy (2004) a Bursové (2005). Výsledky výzkumné diagnostiky jsou zpracovány statistickým programem a dále jsou zpracovány a vyhodnoceny graficky a tabelárně.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis consists of a theoretical and a research part. The theoretical part summarizes knowledge of important and wordwide authors who have studied the issue of sport training and motor skills for many years. The research part contains the research and analyses of actual degree of postural function and of selected motor skills of juniors in athletics. The tests of balance skills took place in laboratory conditions. We worked with standard tests of static and dynamic stabilometry. Testing of muscle disbalance was taken over from Mr Janda (2004)and Mrs Bursová (2005). The results of research diagnosis are process by statistic program and then the results are evaluat in charts and tables.
