Bakalářská práce pojednává o náboru zaměstnanců, jednotlivých sociálních sítí a možném propojení těchto dvou pojmů. The bachelor thesis deals with the recruitment of employees, individual social networks and the possible connection of these two concepts. It then analyzes the use of social networks using statistical data and their possible use in recruitment.
