Bakalářská práce je uceleným přehledem všech současných možností laserové refrakční korekce ametropií. První kapitoly popisují podrobnou stavbu rohovky, refrakční stavy oka (emetropie, myopie, hypermetropie, astigmatismus a presbyopie), dále indikace a kontraindikace, následované popisem důkladného předoperačního vyšetření. The bachelor thesis is a complex overview of all current options of a laser eye surgery for correction of ametropias. The first chapters describe detailed structure of a cornea, refractive conditions of eye (emmetropia, myopia, hyperopia, astigmatism and presbyopia), indications and contraindications, followed by a thorough preoperative examination.
