The aim of the Bachelor thesis is to explain through the historical development of execution the compulsory enforcement of judicial decisions in a business and examine the impact on the execution itself on the position of the Businessman under the Enforcement Code. Cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce prostredníctvom historického vývoja exekúcie vysvetliť nútený výkon súdnych rozhodnutí v podnikateľskej sfére a skúmať dopad samotnej exekúcie na postavenie podnikateľa podľa Exekučného poriadku.
