Diplomová práce zpracovává problematiku ochrany spotřebitele v právu EU. Činí tak ze tří hlavních pohledů - vývoje této právní úpravy, ochrany ekonomických zájmů spotřebitele a přístupu spotřebitele k právním prostředkům ochrany jeho práv. This thesis examines the issue of consumer protection in EU law from three main perspectives - the development of the legislation, the protection of consumers' economic interests, and consumers' access to legal remedies.
