The low-threshold services for children and minors and their specifications in relation to clients

Abstract:

Diplomová práce "Nízkoprahová zařízení pro děti a mládež a jejich specifikace ve vztahu ke klientům" se zaměřuje na služby poskytované klientům v těchto zařízeních a na mechanismus přijetí klientů. V první části se zaměřujeme na obecnou charakteristiku a historii nízkoprahových zařízení a souvisejících pojmů, na poslání a služby nabízené v nízkoprahových klubech, na mechanismus přijetí klientů. Ve druhé části charakterizujeme konkrétní nízkoprahová zařízení, kde byl prováděn výzkum pomocí řízených rozhovorů a dotazníků. Jsou to zařízení, které spadají pod farní charitu a jejich posláním je "pomoci lidem, kteří se ocitli v nouzi, což vychází z principů křesťanské lásky".

Abstract:

The thesis "Low-barrier facilities for children and youth and their specification relating the clients" is aimed at services provided to clients in these facilities and at system of acceptation of clients. The first part is focussed on general characteristics and history od low-barrier facilities and relating terms, on purpose and services offered in these clubs and the system of acceptation. The second part describes the low-barrier facilities where the survey was conducted by the means of guided interviews and questionnaires. These facilities are managed by parish charity and their main principle IS to help people in need.
