The Phenomenon of Volunteering in Emerging Adulthood - Motivations, Gains, Losses
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá fenoménem dobrovolnictví v souvislosti s obdobím vynořující se dospělosti. Zaměřuje se konkrétně na zkoumání motivací, zisků a ztrát, které mladý člověk může reflektovat z dobrovolnické zkušenosti v rozvojové zemi. Pro výzkumnou část byla zvolena kvalitativní výzkumná strategie, výsledky práce vzešly z analýzy rozhovorů se šesti respondenty.
Abstract:
This diploma work deals with phenomenon of volunteering within the context of emerging adulthood. It focuses on motivations, gains and losses that young people reflect from their experience of being volunteer in a developing country. Results of the qualitative research arose from the analysis of interviews with 6 respondents.
