This thesis focuses on the analysis of factors influencing the choice of real estate agent by sellers of real estate on the Czech market. The research uses mixed methods, including content analysis and qualitative interviews, to compare factors identified in the literature search with factors used by real estate agents in self-presentation on websites and factors important to sellers.
