Leasing and credit financing from the lessor‘s point of view

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá leasingem a úvěrem z účetního, právního a daňového aspektu z pohledu pronajímatele. V teoretické částí je popsána obecná definice leasingu a náležitosti při uzavírání leasingové smlouvy v komparaci s úvěrovým financováním. V praktické části je na vzorovém příkladu porovnán finanční leasing s poskytnutím úvěru a jejich zachycení do účetnictví pronajímatele. Cílem práce je podat ucelený přehled zachycení leasingu a úvěru z pohledu pronajímatele a jaký vliv má na jejich podnikatelskou činnost.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with leasing and credit financing from the lessor‘s point of view. It deals with the accounting, legal, and tax aspects of the credit. The theoretical part describes the general definition of leasing and the requirements for entering into a lease agreement in comparison with credit financing. In the practical part, an example is used to compare financial leasing with credit financing and their recognition in the lessor's accounting books. The main aim of this thesis is to give a comprehensive overview of the recognition of leasing financing and credit financing from the lessor's perspective and to demonstrate, how it affects his business operations.
