Přeměna obchodní společnosti ze s.r.o. na a.s.

Abstract:
Cílem práce je zhodnocení přeměny obchodní společnosti formou změny právní formy ze společnosti s ručením omezeným na akciovou společnost s poukázáním na složitost a časovou náročnost tohoto procesu. Uvedenou přeměnu ve své práci hodnotím jak po stránce teoretické, tak i po stránce praktické.
Abstract:
The objektive of this work is transformation trading company by change of the legal form from Ltd. to Inc. with pointing out to complicated and time demanding this process. Mentioned transformation in my work evalueted of theoretical and practical aspekt.
