The Current Account as an Institut of the Bussiness Law
Abstract:
Tato práce pojednává o právní úpravě běžných účtů v České republice. Rozebírá, které zákony se k běžnému účtu váží a vyzdvihuje problémy, které díky právní úpravě vznikají. V další části práce popisuje a srovnává běžné účty vybraných bank z pohledu právního, bezpečnostního a ekonomického.
Abstract:
This work deals with legislation about current acounts in Czech republic. The work discusses which acts are related to current accounts and solves problems, which are groving from the legislation. In next part of this work, are described and compared current accounts from choosen banks, from the view of legislation, security and ekonomy.
