Agreements disturbing a competition in the European and Czech law
Abstract:
Tato práce se věnuje problematice dohod narušujících soutěž. Jedna část vysvětluje problematiku tzv. hraničního určovatele při aplikaci komunitárního a českého práva. V hlavní části je popsána právní úprava těchto dohod v komunitárním a českém právu. Pozornost je věnována také programu shovívavosti. V závěru práce je porovnána komunitární právní úprava dohod s českou úpravou.
Abstract:
This thesis presents a problems of agreements disturbing a competition. One part clears the problems of the border determinant at an apllication of European and Czech law. In the main part, there is described an amendment of these agreements in the European and Czech law. An attention is devoted also to the leniency programme.
