Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou dodavatelsko-odběratelských vztahů ve vybraném podniku. Na vztahy mezi dodavatelem a odběratelem je zde nahlíženo z pohledu kvality. Pozornost je směřována na měření výkonnosti dodavatelů a jejich hodnocení dle požadavků vybraného podniku.
Abstract:
The master thesis focuses on the question of supplier-customer relationships in selected company. The relationships between supplier and customer are valuated from the quality view. Attention is focused on measuring of supplier performance and their evaluation according to requirements of selected company.
