Comparison of the status of metropolitan areas in regional policy of the Czech Republic and Poland
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice postavení metropolitních oblastí v regionální politice České republiky a Polska a to z hlediska historického kontextu, vývoje metropolitního plánování, vymezení území metropolitních oblastí a postavení v legislativě. Pratická část se zabývá komparativní analýzou modelových metropolitních oblastí Brna a Lodže.
Abstract:
This bachelor´s thesis aims to deal with the issue of the status of metropolitan areas in regional policy in the Czech Republic and Poland in terms of historical context, development of historical planning, delimitation of metropolitan areas and position of in the legislation. The practical part of this thesis deals comparative analysis model metropolitan areas in Brno and Lodz.
