Strategic Planning in a chosen Non-Profit Organization
Abstract:
Cílem práce je vytvoření strategického plánu a navržení udržitelné strategie rozvoje a řízení organizace RC Slunečnice, o.s. v Berouně. Práce se zabývá nejprve teoretickou rovinou strategického plánování v neziskových organizacích, následně pak přistupuje k aplikaci těchto poznatků při realizaci strategického plánovacího cyklu ve vybrané neziskové organizaci.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to suggest a sustainable strategy for the further development of RC Slunečnice, o.s. in Beroun. The thesis starts up with the theoretical fundamentals of strategic planning in nonprofit organizations in general and it moves on to the practical part, where the strategic planning cycle for the chosen organization is carried out.
