Elaboration of wage issues in an accounting unit of ROSA, ltd.
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá zpracováním návrhů změn v odměňování zaměstnanců v účetní jednotce ROSA, s. r. o. V první části je zpracována teorie z oblasti mezd a zaměstnaneckých benefitů. V následující části práce jsou provedeny výpočty mezd podle navržených změn v odměňování. Změny v odměňování by mohly být využity ke stabilizaci zaměstnanců, k jejich spokojenosti a ke snížení fluktuace.
Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis deals with the processing of proposals for changes in the remuneration of employees in the accounting unit ROSA, s. r. o. The first part focuses on the theory of wages and employee benefits. In the following part of the thesis are performed wage calculations according to the proposed changes in remuneration.
