Abstract:
Práce je věnována konzervaci a restaurování knižní vazby se zaměřením na různé typy tzv. konzervačních vazeb a jejich využití v restaurátorské praxi. Na pozadí studia historických vazeb a jejich podrobného průzkumu, je představena myšlenka využití měkké vazby se hřbetní výztuhou pro konzervační účely. Závěr práce popisuje výrobu knižních maket a jejich charakteristiky.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with bookbinding preservation and conservation, focusing on the conservation binding and its potential use in book conservation practice. After a detailed study and research of historical bookbinding techniques, the long and link stitch binding with spine reinforcement is presented as suitable for preservation purposes.
