Abstract:
Cíl diplomové práce je analyzovat odvětví automobilového průmyslu ČR v segmentu osobních automobilů s přihlédnutím k elektromobilitě. V teoretické části je rozebraná problematika okolí, odvětví, PEST analýzy, Porter model 5 sil, SWOT analýzy a firemní strategie. V praktické části je vypracovaná analýza odvětví a rozebraná problematika elektromobility ve smyslu strategie.
Abstract:
The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyze the automotive industry in the Czech Republic in the segment of passenger cars, taking into account electromobility. The theoretical part deals with issues of the environment, industry, PEST analysis, Porter model of 5 forces, SWOT analysis and corporate strategy.
