Reality versus the expectations of social works students, about the low-threshold treatment programs

Abstract:

Abstrakt Bakalářská práce se zabývá pohledem studentů na práci v nízkoprahových zařízeních, který je mnohdy zkreslený a konečná realita je odlišná od představ studentů. Pro svou práci jsem si vybrala nízkoprahové zařízení Farní charita v České Lípě, kde jsem vykonávala svou praxi v rámci studia. Práce ve své teoretické části definuje a charakterizuje pojmy, které se vztahují k projektu bakalářské práce. Pojmy jako nízkoprahovost, nízkoprahová zařízení, klienti, krize a krizové situace, sociální pracovník, pracovník v sociálních službách. Součástí práce je také výzkum, který je prováděn formou dotazníkového šetření. Cílem tohoto výzkumu je zjistit současný pohled očima studentů na práci v nízkoprahových zařízeních. V závěrečné části jsou informace zanalyzovány a na jejich základě je vypracován návrh, na co je potřeba se u studentů v oblasti přípravy na budoucí povolání sociální služby v nízkoprahovém zařízení zaměřit.

Abstract:

Abstract The bachelor thesis deals with the students' view of working in low threshold facilities, which is often distorted and the final reality is different from the students' ideas. For my thesis I chose the low-threshold facility Farní charita in Česká Lípa (Parish charity, part of Caritas network), where I did my internship as part of my studies. The thesis in its theoretical part defines and characterizes the concepts that are related to the project of the bachelor thesis. Terms such as low-threshold, low-threshold facilities, clients, crisis and crisis situations, social worker, social services worker. The thesis also includes research, which is conducted in the form of a questionnaire survey. The aim of this research is to find out the current view of working in low-threshold facilities through the eyes of students. In the final part, the collected information is analysed and based on this analysis, a proposal is made on what to focus on for the preparation of students for their future career as a social worker in a low-threshold facility.
