Cílem práce je seznámit čitatele se základní problematikou týkající se pracovního poměru a pracovně právních vztahů, poukázat na důležitost této problematiky a na možné chyby s ní spojené. Main goal of the thesis is to familiarize readers with basic problems connected with employment and labourrelationlaw relations and to show importancy of this topic and commonly made mistakes.
