Community Service Order
Abstract:
Tématem této diplomové práce je především trest obecně prospěšných prací, jako jeden z výrazných a velmi často užívaných alternativních trestů. Práce popisuje současnou právní úpravu tohoto trestu včetně jeho výkonu, rozebírá změny, které do právní úpravy přináší nový trestní zákoník a pozastavuje se nad úpravou tohoto institutu ve vyspělých evropských zemích.
Abstract:
This thesis deals mainly with community service order, which is considered to be one of the most important and frequently used alternative punishments. The paper describes current legal regulation of this penalty, its execution and analyses changes caused by the new Criminal Code. Finally it also maps the legal regulations in other European countries.
