Abstract:
U pacientů s těžkou formou hemofilie A se k léčbě nebo prevenci krvácení používají koncentráty chybějícího faktoru krevního srážení (FVIII). Odpověď pacientů na podanou léčbu vykazuje poměrně velkou interindividuální variabilitu. K optimalizaci léčby konkrétního pacienta lze využít parametrů, které se získají vyšetřením farmakokinetiky. Abstract:
Concentrates of FVIII are used for prevention or treatment of bleeding in patients with severe haemophilia A. Patients´ individual response to this treatment has a relatively high inter-individual variability. The results from pharmacokinetic study can be used to optimize the treatment of a specific patient.
