Abstract:

Cílem práce je vysvětlit termín intelektuální kapitál a lidský kapitál, objasnit jeho složky, popsat postup řízení lidského kapitálu, definovat a vymezit sociální kapitál a pochopit význam lidského kapitálu jako investice do rozvoje lidských zdrojů při naplnění vize a strategie podniku. Předkládaná diplomová práce je rešeršního typu. Pro sběr dat, materiálů a způsobu zkoumání byly použity metody indukce, dedukce, nestandardizovaného, nestrukturovaného rozhovoru, pozorování, sekundární analýzy dat, explanace, statistických šetření a top-down. Výsledky výzkumu vycházely z porovnání kvalitativního šetření a kvantitativních dat. Sociální pozice člověka ovlivňuje jeho vlastní profesní kariéru. Není pravidlem, že po celý život člověka ovlivňuje jeho jedinečný sociální původ, jeho sociální zázemí, pohybuje se v určitých sociálních kruzích. Mizí hranice mezi „profesní“ a „ostatní“ sférou lidského života, mezi „pracovní“ dobou a „volným“ časem. Dostatek vzdělaných pracovníků v pozici lidských zdrojů zajistí nejen růst produktivity, ale zároveň i konkurenceschopnost podniku. Z analýz oslovených firem jednoznačně vyplývá, že jedním ze základních faktorů úspěšnosti je schopnost zformovat lidské zdroje a využívat je takovým způsobem, který zabezpečí plnění cílů firem. Z tohoto hlediska není chápán problém formování lidských zdrojů jako ohraničená funkční oblast, ale je na něj pohlíženo jako na oblast strategického významu, ovlivňující ve svých důsledcích jak tvorbu strategie firmy, tak i její realizací.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to explain the term intellectual capital and human capital, clarify its components, describe the process of human capital management, define and define social capital and understand the importance of human capital as an investment in human resources development in fulfilling the company's vision and strategy. The submitted diploma thesis is of the research type. Methods of induction, deduction, non-standardized, unstructured interview, observation, secondary data analysis, explanation, statistical surveys and top-down were used to collect data, materials and research methods. The research results were based on a comparison of qualitative research and quantitative data. A person's social position affects his or her own professional career. It is not a rule that a person's lifelong influence is influenced by his unique social background, his social background, he moves in certain social circles. The boundaries between the "professional" and "other" spheres of human life, between "working" time and "leisure" time, are disappearing. A sufficient number of educated employees in the position of human resources will ensure not only the growth of productivity, but also the competitiveness of the company. The analyzes of the addressed companies clearly show that one of the basic factors of success is the ability to shape human resources and use them in a way that ensures the fulfillment of companies' goals. From this point of view, the problem of forming human resources is not understood as a limited functional area, but it is seen as an area of ​​strategic importance, influencing in its consequences both the creation of the company's strategy and its implementation.
