The aim of the master thesis is to identify factors that influence gender gap in pensions in the Czech Republic and to quantify their impact. The first part of the thesis concentrates on the theoretical framework of gender gap in pensions, description of the Czech pension system and on comparison of gender gaps in pensions across EU member states.
