Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou palmového tuku počínající popsáním palmy olejné a způsobem získávání palmového tuku z plodů palmy olejné. Cílem práce bylo popsat nutriční hodnoty a chemické složení palmového tuku a popsat jeho vlastnosti a účinky na organizmus spolu s přehledem vědeckých výzkumů zabývajících se touto problematikou. Abstract:
The objective of this thesis is to describe palm oil and its health effects, describe its chemical composition and nutrition value. Part of the thesis is a practical part, which focuses on the knowledge of students about palm oil and it is focused on students‘ attitudes towards palm oil.
