Abstract:
Diplomová práce se věnuje mikrobiální kontaminací piva během skladování. Teoretická část se zaobírá stáčením piva do různých obalových materiálů a skladování piva. Popisuje mikroorganismy způsobující kontaminaci piva, ve kterých jsou zahrnuty např. bakterie mléčného kvašení, divoké kvasinky nebo plísně. Abstract:
This thesis pushes ahead the microbiological contamination of beer during storage. The theoretical part deals with the beer racking to different packaging materials and beer storage. It describes microorganisms which bring on beer contamination. For example Lactic acid bacteria, Wild yeast or molds are included there.
