Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá skončením pracovního poměru. Cílem závěrečné práce je vyjasnit uvedené téma formou teoretických poznatků dle platné právní úpravy a v praktické části poskytnout návrhy a doporučení k dané problematice na základě provedené analýzy v konkrétním dětském domově. Cíl bakalářské práce se podařilo naplnit. K dosažení stanovených cílů byly vybrány analytické a komparativní metody. Vědecké metody doplňuje několik hypotéz. Do závěrečné práce byla zakomponována česká i zahraniční knižní literatura, soudní judikatura a zákonná právní úprava. Teoretická část poslouží oběma stranám pracovněprávního vztahu jako souhrnný přehled týkající se problematiky skončení pracovního poměru, jelikož značná část dostupné literatury není vůči současné legislativě aktuální. Praktická část poskytuje návrhy a doporučení přínosné nejen dětskému domovu a jeho personálu, ale i ostatním subjektům, které se mohou uvedenými návrhy a doporučeními do budoucna inspirovat.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with termination of employment. The aim of the thesis is to clarify the issue in the form of theoretical knowledge in accordance with the valid legislation, and in the practical part to provide suggestions and recommendations on the matter based on an analysis in the particular children´s home. The aim of the thesis was fulfil. Analytical and comparative methods were selected in order to achieve the objectives. Several hypotheses complement the scientific methods. Czech and foreign literature books were used in this final work, as well as court’s case‐law and legal regulation. The theoretical part will serve both sides of the employment relationship as a summary of the issue of termination of employment, for that reason that a relatively large amount of literature is not present in relation to current legislation. The practical part provides suggestions and recommendations that are beneficial not only for the children's home and its staff, but also other entities might be inspired by these proposals and recommendations for the future.
