Self-reflection as a part of competencies of nursery school´s teachers

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce mapuje obsah pojmu sebereflexe a jaký význam má v profesních kompetencích učitele mateřských škol. Dále je uvedeno, ve kterých disciplínách jsou studenti ? budoucí učitelé mateřských škol ? vedeni v průběhu svého studia k sebereflektivním dovednostem. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, do jaké míry studenti zvládají sebereflexi a jak sami sebe v této oblasti hodnotí. V praktické části jsou zpracovány reflexe praxí studentů posledního ročníku. Na základě vlastní analýzy textů a s využitím výsledků dotazníkového šetření M.Podpery dospěla autorka k závěrům, že písemné výpovědi studentů obsahují principy sebereflexe jen částečně, což je v mírném rozporu s tím, jak studenti sami hodnotí svou schopnost sebereflexe.

Abstract:

Bachelor work surveys the meaning of term self-reflection and its meaning in professional competencies for nursery schools´ teachers. It also shows which subjects lead students ? the future nursery schools´ teachers ? to self-reflection skills. The aim of the work was to find out the level of students ability of self-reflection and students self-images of their own skill of self-reflection. In the practical part of the work reflections of work experiences ? written by end year students ? are covered and evaluated. Based on its own analysis of students self-reflection, the author draw conclusion that written comments of students just partly include the principles of self-reflection. This result gently differts from the self-evaluation of their ability of self-reflection (according to questionnarie survey by M.Podpera).
